CMS rule requires vaccination of health care workers

Federal law now requires health care workers to receive the primary dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, or request a medical or religious exemption, by December 5, 2021, and to have been granted a medical or religious exemption or have received the second dose of a multi-dose vaccine by January 4, 2022.
