Pediatric monoclonal antibody infusion clinic is open for referrals

Children, 12 to 17 years, who test positive for COVID are eligible to receive an infusion if they have a qualifying comorbidity increasing the risk of a negative outcome.

Beginning Wednesday, May 18, the pediatric specialty infusion clinic will treat ambulatory patients. The process for referring patients from a UK HealthCare provider remains the same but the preferred COVID-19 monoclonal antibody combination is bebtelovimab.  Supply is extremely limited and patients will be scheduled based on bebtelovimab availability.

Please note that this clinic is currently set up for COVID monoclonal antibody infusions only.

The Kentucky Children’s Hospital Specialty Infusion Clinic is located at the Kentucky Clinic, Floor 2, Wing D. Hours of operations are 3-9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
